| rental car we could and then complained

| | mind standing in line for a while. It
|
| about it at the airport pick-up, so they

| | was possible to drink cocktails free 24

| gave us a free upgrade to a more
| |
| | hours a day, just by putting a coin in a
|
| expensive model.In San Francisco, we
| |
| | slot whenever you caught sight of a
|
| looked at the map. Being used to UK road

| | waitress.Circus Circus was just amazing -

| maps, which were on a bigger scale, the

| | high wire and trapeze artists performing

| in the early afternoon. Late in the

| | entertainment was the most enjoyable part

| | of our stay. We saw the Four Tops one

| good for me, tired and probably

| | night and Diana Ross on another and at a
|
| dangerous, we saw the great glow of Vegas
| |
| | tiny fraction of the price we would have
|
| ahead in the desert. I felt like I was
| |
| | paid elsewhere - especially in Europe.I
|
| on a different planet.It was midnight
| |
| | have returned to Vegas twice more over
|
| when we checked in to the Vagabond Motel
| |
| | the years and now feel its time to get
|
| on the Strip. The lady owner insisted on
| |
| | back again. My best tip for European
|
| chatting to us for half an hour, even
| |
| | visitors arriving in the summer, which is
|
| though we just needed urgent sleep. She
| |
| | low season in Las Vegas, is not to make
|
| told us about the high number of unsolved
| |
| | advance hotel reservations. If you tune
|
| homicides in the area and the numerous
| |
| | in to local radio when you arrive, you
|
| bodies regularly found in the desert on
| |
| | hear numerous casinos competing with each
|
| the edge of the city. We probably
| |
| | other by making really great offers. On
|
| wouldn't have slept if we hadn't been so
| |
| | two separate visits, I got a high-class
|
| tired.Next day, we hit the town. We set
| |
| | room in a casino for a fraction of the
|
| a limit on our gambling expenditure and
| |
| | normal price, with a free or
|
| made it last. I think we just about
| |
| | reduced-price show and free gambling
|
| broke even, by careful betting. We loved
| |
| | thrown in!Las Vegas is a great vacation
|
| the excitement, the constant buzz, the
| |
| | destination for a short break and I'm
|
| timelessness. Being in air-conditioned,
| |
| | ready to go back.
